Why should I use a Registered Migration Agent in Australia?
Using a Registered Migration Agent (RMA) ensures your visa application is handled by a qualified professional licensed by the Office of the Migration Agents Registration Authority (OMARA). A migration agent understands Australian visa laws and requirements, prepares your application correctly, and improves your chances of success.
How much are your professional migration agent fees?
Our migration agent professional fees depend on the visa type (e.g., skilled migration, employer sponsored visa, partner visa, student visa) and the complexity of your case. Fees listed on our Service Fees page are exclusive of GST (10%). After your initial consultation, we will provide a personalised quote.
Are government visa application fees included?
No. Our professional fees are separate from government application fees charged by the Department of Home Affairs. Additional costs such as health checks, police clearances, biometrics, English tests, and skills assessment fees are also payable by the applicant.
Who pays the costs for employer sponsored visas?
For employer sponsored visas (e.g., Subclass 482, 186, 187), certain costs such as the Skilling Australians Fund (SAF) levy and employer nomination fees must by law be paid by the sponsoring employer and cannot be passed on to the visa applicant.
How long does it take to get an Australian visa?
Australian visa processing times vary depending on the visa subclass (skilled migration, partner visa, student visa, etc.), the complexity of your application, and the Department of Home Affairs’ workload. We will provide an estimated timeline during your consultation.
What happens if my visa application is refused?
If your visa is refused, our migration agent will review the decision and advise you on your best options. Depending on your situation, this may include:
Lodging an appeal with the Administrative Appeals Tribunal (AAT), submitting a fresh visa application, exploring alternative visa pathways (skilled, employer sponsored, or family visas)
Can a migration agent guarantee my visa will be granted?
No migration agent in Australia can guarantee a visa outcome. The final decision rests with the Department of Home Affairs. What we guarantee is a professional, accurate, and well-prepared application with strong supporting evidence to maximise your chances of success.
Do I need to visit your migration office in person?
Not necessarily. Our migration services are available online. We assist clients across Australia and overseas through Zoom, Microsoft Teams, phone, and email consultations.
How do I get started with my visa application?
To begin your journey, simply book a consultation with a Registered Migration Agent. We’ll assess your eligibility, explain your options (skilled migration, student visa, partner visa, employer sponsored visa, etc.), and provide you with a clear migration strategy and fee estimate.
