The Employer Nomination Scheme (ENS) visa (subclass 186) is a permanent visa that enables Australian employers to sponsor highly skilled workers to live and work in Australia permanently. This is the most in demand visa in Australia and is a permanent visa that does not require you to have an employer to sponsor your visa. 

The Skilled Nominated visa (subclass 190) is a points-tested permanent visa for highly skilled individuals who can contribute to the NSW economy and other Australian states. The Skills in Demand Visa (subclass 482) is the replacement for the Temporary Skill Shortage (TSS) visa, introduced by the Australian Government on December 7, 2024. This employer-sponsored visa allows employers to address labour shortages by bringing in genuinely skilled workers where they cannot find an appropriately skilled Australian.

The Temporary Graduate visa (subclass 485) is a temporary visa that allows international students to live, study and work after you have finished your studies. The Subclass 494 visa is an Australian visa designed to support local businesses and address labor shortages in regional areas of the country.
